Personal Goals assignment
My aim to study Masters Degree is to introduce and prepare me to the wide range of business and management disciplines and careers. It will also develop my understanding of how business functions and how complex organizational issues are managed. What is also worth mentioning is my need to improve my intercultural competencies, ability to perceive and interpret others’ actions and behaviors, to face failures, confusions and misunderstanding and to continue working towards positive interaction. For me, this degree would be the perfect guide to help in the development of my critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills that will position me to solve real-world problems in my organization.
Being in the era of information technology, I believe that managers must have at least the minimum knowledge of Management Information Technology (MIT) to enable them coordinate and utilize technology for the success of their companies and organizations. In this class, I hope to learn the about the latest developments and trends in the world of information technology and communication systems; and how to strategically apply these technologies to improve business performance and solve business problems.
